Tim Williams
The company is operated by Tim Williams. Tim has a 30-year trade background in project / construction management and the founding consultant in the company specialising in project planning & scheduling. He provides advice to both Principal and Contractor organisations from the concept stage of projects to completion, as well as providing advice in relation to time delay matters.
Tim undertakes tender project planning, project status reports, using specialist software (primavera p6 and /or MS Project.) He has reviewed and provided advice on 100’s of projects ranging from large residential, commercial, infrastructure, which includes rail and road. He also specializes in EOT / delay claim reports.
Tim’s Earlier Career
Earlier in his career, Tim was involved with project and construction management undertaking many residential high-rise and commercial projects, estimating, quantity surveying, and contract administration.

Williams planning has a wealth of experience in construction planning. Tim has been personally involved with a number of projects that range form small residential projects right up to multimillion-dollar budgets.
The current range of projects ranges from residential buildings in the Orewa Kensington park, thought to a resort project in Fiji and many tender programmes in between.
A feature project that is in the design stages is a major project in PNG.
